Returns and/or Exchanges
Veena Jewellery does not process returns or exchanges. In the event that you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt and we will replace the item(s). If you fail to notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order we will assume all items in your order arrived intact.
Shipping
Veena Jewellery makes all the pieces by hand and therefore processing time includes time to make the jewellery and for shipping. Depending on the size of your order it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to make the jewellery. Once the jewellery is ready shipment happens right away and shipping times can vary from province to province. Veena jewellery ships from Ontario and uses Canada Post or UPS. You can request a tracking number as well.
