  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order by sending us an email at veena@veenajewellery.com or by calling us at 1-866-260-5036 and we will be happy to take your order. Lastly, by going to the contact us section of the website you can book a phone appointment with Veena to place your order.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay for your order using any VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX credit card. You can also use EMT (Email Money Transfer) as well. All orders will be given an invoice at time of order.
  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Veena Jewellery makes all the pieces by hand and therefore processing time includes time to make the jewellery and for shipping. Depending on the size of your order it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to make the jewellery. Once the jewellery is ready shipment happens right away and shipping times can vary from province to province. Veena jewellery ships from Ontario and uses Canada Post or UPS. You can request a tracking number as well.
  • Does Veena offer 30 days to pay?
    No, Veena Jewellery does not offer 30 days to pay for any orders. This is due to the fact that Veena Jewellery has to pre pay for materials and supplies to make the jewellery.
  • What happens if I receive a damaged item?
    Veena Jewellery requires that you notify us within 7 business days of receiving the damaged item and we will replace it for you. If you fail to notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order, we will assume everything arrived intact. We do not process returns or exchanges.
  • Does Veena offer Displays and Signage?
    Yes, Veena offers signage with every order. There is also a 1 time offer of free displays for any new store who starts to carry our jewellery line.
  • Does Veena accept Returns or Exchanges?
    No, currently Veena Jewellery does not accept any Returns or Exchanges. If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt and we will replace that item. If you fail to notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order we will assume everything in your order arrived intact.
  • What happens if my package is lost?
    Every package comes with a tracking number and insurance covering the cost of the package. In the event a shipper notifies us that a package is missing, we will claim the insurance and allow the shipper to process an investigation. If required, the insurance covering the package will allow us to replace your order and resend it.
